Your membership is for you only and you will not share your password or content with non-members (unless suggested to find an accountability partner).

You agree to be respectful in all zoom meetings to everyone, as abuse will not be tolerated.

Refund available for the last 30 days, and by request only.  By staying on you consent that you are satisfied with the program. 

Notify us in writing at [email protected] if you are dissatisfied and wish for the 30 day refund.  You will be required to delete all materials should this occur,  and membership access will end immediately.

If later during the membership you decide to cancel, (after 30 day refund period) content will be available to you until the end of the cancellation month.   

Notify us at [email protected] to cancel your membership and you will have a response within 48 hours.

Your membership will be for 12 months, then you have continued access to the materials, including new zoom calls with the next group at no further cost.

These topics are chosen to give you ideas for your self-care, and it is up to you to implement at your own pace, and within your limits.  You are, as always, in charge of your choices and accept full responsibility for your self-care.
